How to get the written document

To do this, you will need to enter the compound and go upstairs to the officer's quarters which is the door next to the one that goes out to the bridge.  Once inside, locate the bed with the plaque that reads "Cheif Curtis Watts".  The chest in front of that bed should be locked, pick it untill it opens and you get a note at which time the objective "Find some written evidence" should check off.

How to get the hard evidence

The first thing you are supposed to do is get the Armory Key from "Servant Fritz" who can be found wandering the facility, the key is on his belt.  With that key, enter the armory via the lower door, in front of you and slightly to the left will be a doorway with no door that goes deeper into the armory.  Go through this passageway till you come to a door, open the door and you should be in the "Armory Upkeeper's room" (ie Servan't Fritz's).  Read the written document on the desk and in the chest stating that there is a lever which will open a secrete passageway that goes to the library (back way in).  In the libary read the journal on the desk stating that there is a key under Captain McKay's bed.  Once you are back at the officer's quarter's, locate McKay's bed using the plaques on the front.  Crouch down and take a peek under the left side, you should see a little gold key, go up to the bed and frob around for it.  Once you have the "workshop key" go down the basement and open the door in the center of the double torches.  Upon entering the workshop you will see a pile of crates to the left, go over and clear the crates out untill you come upon a trap door, pick the door and you will go down a ladder into his lower workshop.  Once down there you should see a large drill to your left, right beneath the bit is a tipped over golden goblet, snatch it and that objective should check off.

How to get "Constantine's Sword"

The first you will need to do is get the Armory key from "Servant Fritz" if you havn't already, the key can be found on his belt and he can be found wandering the facility.  Once you have the key, enter the armory via the bottom door, in front of you and slightly to your left you will see an open doorway.  Go back that passageway untill you get to a metal door, open it and you should be in the "Armory Upkeeper's" room.  On the table to your right you will see a silver key, grab it and go back out the passageway till you get to where you came in.  Now turn right and continue down that passageway untill you get to a flight of stairs with a door, open the door and make two rights, head down the long hallway untill you see a door on your right, go in that door and you should see some tables with a vault and keypad, along with a chest.  Use the key you got from the "Armory Upkeeper's" room to open the green chest, you should pull out a paper with the following written on it.  "# of men standing facing each other" - Go out of the room and two the bridge, look down at the sparring area and count the number of dummys standing facing each other, that number should be 6, "# of letters in the word printed with beer bottles" - go to the bar back in the facility, stand on the bar table with the barstools lined up against it, look over at the counter where all the bottles are, you should see the word "THIEF" printed there, that would be 5.  "# of food items in a novice meal" - Go back to the kitchen inside the facility, to the left of the door that goes into the dining room you should see a note, read it, counting the different items in a novice meal you should get 3.  "# that compies with the chapter "Guardlog""The first thing you need to do is go to the novice bunk room (ie first room on your right coming in from the bridge).  On each one of the beds you should see a red book, frob it and inside, you should see an index with chapter names next to each number.  Locate "Guardlog", which should be chapter 8.  Also each book is identical so it doesn't matter which one you frob.  Thus the code you are looking for is...."6538".  Once you have are inside the vault, you go to the far left corner where you should see Constantine's Sword leaning up again the wall, take it!

Getting the loot objective

Most of the loot lying around the facility is pretty obviouse and you should have about 3000 loot before you actually beggin to start looking.  I will state a few hidden areas where you should be able to get a couple hundred loot, they are places that arn't so obviouse.  In the guard's locker room under each bench is a ring.  In the main entrance there is a ring hidden behind the right flowerpot.  In the bathroom there is change on the ground beside the toilet.  In the kitchen sink there is a gold cup and plate.  In the bar sink there is a ring.  Double check all of the stands in the main halls.  check the roulette table for coins in the bar room.  Each one of the nightstands or chests in the officer's quaters should have gold in or on them.  

Escaping

Well, all you have to do now is escape, get back to where you started!
