By: Doaal (Guillaume Manders) Plot Description: A few days ago, a contact of mine informed me that a spy had some information for me. Apparently this spy has been slowly relieving the Hammerites of their possessions. His name is Alexei, a rather scruffy looking fellow. When we met, I could tell by the way he looked at me that he was up to no good.... but the fact of the matter was that he had an assignment for me, and the rent needs to be paid. He wanted to sell me a key that would open the Tomb of Goladus. It's located in a Hammerite Shrine that was sealed off not too long ago, due to some catastrophe that left hundreds of Hammerites dead in its wake. Apparently there is a magic sword that is sealed down there, as well as numerous other treasures and trinkets. Even if the seal should break, few would dare to venture into the depths of that cursed tomb. I have a bad feeling about this, but I accepted his proposition anyway and bought the Earth Ward. Now all I have to do is open the seal on Goladus' Tomb, and help myself to its treasures. The payoff should be worth the risks; if the rumors I've heard are true, then the amount of treasure buried down in the tomb is enormous. Time to get my equipment ready; I have a feeling this won't be easy.

By: JIS Plot Description: There are two versions of Mine Shock, by JIS. Mine Shock for Thief 1 (this version), was distributed originally in incomplete form. It had a few bugs, and it could not be finished. A second version, for Thief 2 (called "MainShock T2"), is complete. The T2 version, based on the same map but with many extensions, has quite different game play. I recommend that you play both of them. A few of us were playing the original Thief 1 version and having some difficulties, which we were discussing it on the TTLG forum. With the original, there were no objectives. You could not save and reload because the game crashed. Garrett was invincible, which helped a little to get through it without saves, but still, nobody could get very far. Some exploration in dromed by Vlad Midnight led to the discovery that the mission had several areas that could not be reached. Vlad kindly offered to fix it up.
Thanks to JIS for creating his imaginative and fun missions. Thanks especially to Vlad Midnight for making this version much more enjoyable to play and true to the form of JIS. We hope you like it.

By: Peter Parrish (Paz) Plot Description: I'd heard rumours that a popular group of musicians calling themselves 'The Cure' were in town. The lead singer, Robert Smith, gave me the creeps, he reminded me too much of the haunts back at that old hammerite cathedral. Their music they played though, was without equal.
Their manager, a rich noble named Lord Polydor, claims to have enlisted the help of a local wizard and trapped some of The Cure's music inside some kind of disc which he calls 'Bloodflowers'. Unfortunately, he is unwilling to allow any members of the public anywhere near it. I don't know if I really believe Polydor, but I certainly think it's time I did a little investigating. (More)
