Rain to Alter Gameplay

Explanation:

Make rain actually alter gameplay to some extent, i.e. It causes floors to be more slippery and douses torches, forms puddles, etc.

Points to bear in mind:

Point to bear in mindRain & puddles are all the more realistic, so I'm in complete favor of it, but it will make more noise, especially the puddles.

Good PointConsider a mission where you approach a locale during the evening, disguised as a normal individual or someone able to enter your target legitimately. The sky is overcast as the daylight wanes, however there are quite a few torches amongst the lamps and so on, leaving the city well lit despite the gloom. Still as a legitimate person you have nothing to fear. You do your deeds, and suddenly you are sprung. You must now escape. Hmm, but the city is ablaze with light! As you leave the building you realise the heavens have opened, and the pouring rain has doused many of the watch's torches. Escaping won't be easy still, but at least it's possible now. (Not to mention the whole look of the level will have changed).
