You can never be too cautious, and it’s easy to use the inn’s „atmosphere” to remain unseen, while judging whether the waiting client is not just a bait from the Watch, for example... It was a woman. Her face hidden in the shadow of a gray traveling cloak’s hood. I did not sense any trap. The job turned out to be a little more suspicious than the employer...
I was to get into a small merchant quarter and steal a grey, wooden box from one Archibald’s store. The woman said nothing of the box’s content. When asked if she wasn’t afraid that I would find out on my own, she said it was impossible. According to her words, the box has no visible lock – and this is how I would recognize it. You've been travling for weeks ,and in the great FuruForest , you finaly find a nice place to relax from your journey ... But of course , you are out of supplies , money , everything ... The HouseKeeper agreed to let you spend the night if you do a litle snatch job for him ... There's a litle mansion further up the path , and he wants you to find a purple book which contents are filled with great wisdom ..... Also , you'll need some cash and new weaponsuplies .... Then return to WoodKey and goto bed :) Incase you're not tired , you could always listen for a while to the local Trubadur ....

We slipped into Lord Boarson's wine cellar hoping for a drink on the house, and after an few hours in the company of some fine wine we didn't notice the guards who had come down to see what all the noise was. Basso ran away. I slipped on some soap and got locked in the cellar for my troubles. But if the Keepers taught me anything, it was to always keep your lockpicks where the sun don't shine..."

By: GORT (Shaun M.D. Morin) Plot Description: THE MYSTIC ESTATE: After a long night of foiling Karras' plans, Garrett settles down for a couple of days. As Garrett was trying fix something to eat, he heard a voice coming from his window. It was Basso. The Mechanists are all over town, looking for you. One of them yelled out where is that heretic Garrett. the death of Karras will be avenged. Garrett paused to think for a few minutes. He then decides that he needs some more money for weapons due to the fact that the Mechanists are still on his trail. Garrett thinks to himself... They may be far, but they will soon find me. I guess I could go out for some souvenirs. Then he says to Basso, OK. Thanks, Basso. I guess I'll have to hide away for awhile. As Garrett goes out for his usual stroll of taffing, he then notices an interesting estate. The house was rather big, almost surrounded by trees (well at least at his point of view). This made Garrett think to himself, Hmmm, I'll bet this place has a few things that are worth having. As Garrett approaches, he notices that this place has a few combat bots patrolling the estate. This didn't bother him one bit. As he looks around he then thinks, This shouldn?t be too hard. After all, I did easily waltz right in the first bank's vault effortlessly. Then I backfired Karras' plan right in his taffin face. But an even better example, I wrecked want-to-be god Constatine's plan to destroy mankind. Comparing to all of that, this house should be a walk in the park. But what will be in stored for Garrett at this place? Play it to find out... THE FOREST OF DESPAIR: Finding a way out of this estate, Garrett enters a forest of some sort, thinking that this was the only way out. As he enters, he notices that there are two Mechanists lying on the ground, dead as a door-nail. Garrett wonders to himself of how did this happened. So, he enters the forest with caution. It's said that sometimes people will get lost within the forest. Can Garrett find his way through the dark forest? Help Garrett get through... THE CONTRADICTION OF THE BUILDER'S CHILDREN: Where the F@#% is Garrett now!? Looks like that portal lead him into the future. How is he going to get back to his own time? Help him out. THE DOOMSDAY PROJECT: To know about this mission and the next one, just play the damn mission set, OK? THE UNSTABLE DESTINATION: Can't tell you. You'll find out by playing the mission set.

He told Garrett about a rare gem crest from an unknown tribe that lived in the caves near the city. A man, named Greg, found something like it behind his house while making a small garden, but someone stole it. A couple days after, his house started to sink in from the backyard. So now, he is now somewhere in the city. There's a rumor that the treasure is still in the house, but no one knows where or if it’s just a myth. Just then, the city watch broke in the small house to arrest Garrett (you can guess why...). Luckily, Garrett had a flash bomb in hand. He was able to escape, and head to the city that the man told him about. Additional Comments: In this FM your sword can collide with the walls by blocking or attacking. Some objectives activate events. Be on your toes and search some places the second time. Also, the guards tend to get vengeful if they see an unconscious or a dead body. Make damn sure that the bodies are well hidden.

Vidal is a rum smuggling thug that has moved in on Sabrier's turf and started shipping rum from a small warehouse in the old rundown docklands. Sabrier has been keeping a close eye on Laszlo, and a few days ago Fenwick (Sabrier's eyes & ears) reported that Laszlo intends to meet with pirates from the south seas to negotiate some sort of mutual trading deal. Fenwick was supposed to report back with details of the meeting last night, but as he failed to show, Sabrier is assuming the worst.
You never thaught you'd be doing jobs for petty criminals again, but current situations in the city are more
dangerous than ever, and right now, being associated with thugs and murderers is as safe as anything else.
