Remove Speed Potions

Explanation:

Eliminate speed potions from the game. Such extraneous and unfair advantages defeat the challenge of evading guards and other pursuers through sheer ingenuity and resourcefulness. Removing them from Garrett's inventory would force the player to rely on their wits instead of magical potions, which should be the goal of the game anyhow.

Points to bear in mind:

Would simplify Garrett's inventory by leaving less -stuff- to clutter up his equipment, which would result in a lighter, less-bulky, and less visible load.

In exchange, Garrett could be given the ability to sprint faster to a more realistic degree -- through plain athletic prowess - for limited durations, until fatigue sets in.
