Glass Cutter

Explanation:

Allow a thief to cut open window panes silently, rather than smash them, which needlessly alerts guards to your presence.

Points to bear in mind:

Though would not alert guards by the sound of smashing glass, would alert them more if they see that the pane has been cut, as very clear indication that a thief is in the building.

Could be steered by the players own movements, so they have to cut a whole large enough to fit whatever they want through.
