Explanation:

A whistle which can be used to deliberately attract guards, in a more elegant manner than jumping up and down on the floor.

Points to bear in mind:

Hehe. Well, I kind of chuckle at myself and the ridiculousness of having Garret bouncing around trying to get attention - a whistle would 1. be unnecessary, and 2. deprive me of my chuckle. :)
