Refine rope arrows

Explanation:

Improve the look and functionality of rope arrows so that they more closely resemble the picture given in the player's manual (an arrow with a four-hooked grapple mechanism, and a rope attached to its end). Not only would this alteration allow rope arrows to latch on to catwalks and gratings like a grapple -- eliminating the need for vine arrows -- but it would also allow the player to climb or swing from their current position (since the rope trails from the arrow instead of appearing upon impact). Furthermore, this would eliminate the chances of losing the rope arrow, since the player can reel it in by its rope if they miss their target. The trade-off is that the player must spend a few moments reeling in their rope when retrieving the arrow, which adds to realism and maintains the balance of gameplay.
