Remove Fire Arrows

Explanation:

Eliminate fire arrows from the game. Such destructive and loud devices should be far from a thief's desired assets -- especially when combat and havoc is as discouraged as it is in Thief (and rightly so).

Points to bear in mind:

Fire arrows are sometimes useful for lighting torches for special purposes. As an alternative, refine them into a non-explosive version which would maintain silence but still accomplish the desired effect of setting fire to flammable objects; This sort of weapon really existed in midieval times, and is quite conceivable for what Garrett might carry into unusual situations.

Remove the high damage from the moment the arrow hits the target.

What a pathetic sugestion. Fire arrows (if thay actually used fire) would be quite useful and fun! 1.) You could use fire arrows to open some gates by burining the rope that keep it shut. 2.) You could light a house on fire for fun, just as your leaving.
