Remove Moss Arrows

Explanation:

Eliminate moss arrows from the game. They are an extremely silly idea (an arrow which spreads circular patches of moss over the ground upon impact?) which only exists in the game to compensate for Garrett's unrealistically click-clacky boots. It would be far easier for Garrett to aquire a pair of more efficient boots than it would be for him to craft an arrow with a pack of moss attached to its head (the picture given in the player's manual) which works the way it's supposed to.

Points to bear in mind:

In exchange, Garrett could be given more thiefly footwear, which would serve more or less the same effect on appropriate surfaces; see Suggestions on Footsteps.
