Improved Water

Explanation:

Not only does water need to be improved, but it must mirror life more. Going into water has after-effects, such as leaving wet footprints.

Points to bear in mind:

Bad PointMaking water realistic would pretty much preclude any stealth on Garrett's part (post dive), because a soggy, squishing thief could hardly fail to make himself obvious. Maybe if he could towel off ;).

Point to bear in mindIt depends on what his clothes are made of. I always beleaved that Garrets clothes wernt made from a meterial that sokes up wator well. I cant explain the boots though. Mabby thay are just really tight? I dont know.

Good PointSeeing Garrett's reflection in the water in real-time would produce a very realistic, serene environment. Maybe you would also see the hills, mountains, stars, clouds or the moon in the water? How cool would that be?

Good PointSounds a lot like what Novalogic did with "Comanche 4". That game looks incredibly realistic, especially when the player hovers right over the water at about 3 meters & the water spreads out. Maybe Garrett can even skip stones?
