Explanation:

If an AI is outside, and breathing, make their breaths visible.

Points to bear in mind:

Possible AlternativeMake the breathe of Garrett also visible - perhaps linked in to whether or not he has been doing any heavy exertion. This would make him easier to spot.

Point to bear in mindShould only happen if the weather is cold enough!

Good PointHow about bubbles underwater? Seriously, I agree that when it's room temperature, this feature should not be implemented. Let the game designers decide how to figure this out, but it's a good idea for the snowy, rainy levels.
