Moving Spotlights

Explanation:

One thing that I was suprised about in Thief 2 was that there was never any moving spotlights. Now, what kind of a prison would it be without a moving spotlight?

Points to bear in mind:

Point to bear in mindWill help the game feel more realistic, but may also get annoying, especially if the guards can stop the lights from moving around & center them on the player.
