AIs Noticing Anomalies
Explanation:
All AIs should notice open doors which where previously shut as standard, unless there is a good reason why not. This could be applied to noticing that their pickets have been rifled, and arrows sticking out of walls.
Points to bear in mind:
If guards can notice such detail, they shouldn't necessarily assume a thief immediately - a few misplaced objects may cause a moments pause and a little look around, unless something pretty major goes missing.
Might lead to gameplay element of trying not to let guards notice things
This feature is already going to be implemented. Which is extremely cool.
