Appropiate Death Motions
Explanation:
Have multiple death motions for AIs, adding variety, and perhaps making them physically accurate - i.e.falling over the right way and slumping against walls.When a guard goes down over the edge of a wall, he just remains suspended on his back in the air, which is extremely unsettling. AI's should obey the laws of physics and fall over edges like anything else.
Points to bear in mind:
This has already been delt with by the folks of Unreal (makers of the Unreal Warfare Engine). Rag-Doll Physics! Without any further modicications to the Unreal Warfare Engine (being used and modified for T3), when a player dies, the player model acts like a RagDoll. It can then roll down stares, tumble down a cliff, or just fall flat on its face. The best part is that its not animated! It happends in realtime and is diffrent each time! Is that cool or what?
