AI can use Inventory Items

Explanation:

AI's can use inventory items, such as healing potions, flares, etc, generically, so that in the correct situation, they use the correct piece of equipment.

Points to bear in mind:

Bad PointMight get boring if all guards kept on using healing potions, though you are not really supposed to be fighting them all the time.

Bad PointAllowing them to use flares whenever they want to would take away the player's ability to hide in the dark.

Good PointIts not like the guards are going to have such a large inventory as Garret!I Remember guards having a speed postion on there belts. Well why not let them use it if thay want to! You would be able to see how many they have by looking at thair belts. BTW:I think only the dumbest guards would be carring around a healing poston to use. Besides, you could take it for your self first!

Good PointExcelent idea, and balanced: A guard would use a flare only if he suspects a thief hiding in the shadow, he would use a speed potion only if he chases you, etc. And Garret could pickpocket them for those items anyway. Guards with keys in their pockets could open locked doors in T1 and T2.
